At Interkammy, our goal is to provide high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- The original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories, must be included with the return.

- The item is not damaged, altered, or worn (unless it is defective or incorrect).
4. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund. These items include, but are not limited to:
- Personalized or custom products: Any products that have been personalized or made to order specifically for you.
- Gift cards: These are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Sale or clearance items: Items marked as final sale or heavily discounted may not be eligible for return or refund.
- Perishable goods: Products with expiration dates or items that have a short shelf life, including food, beauty products, and other perishables.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will:

To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please include photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging in your initial communication.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you may follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Please note that the original item must be returned in accordance with our refund policy before we can process an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Refunds and Processing Times
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once your returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account.
- Credit Card Refunds: If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be applied to the same card used for the original purchase.
- PayPal Refunds: If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
8. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was shipped. If your return meets the criteria for a free return, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Please package the returned items securely to prevent damage during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
9. International Orders
For customers outside of the United States, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, customs fees and duties are non-refundable. We recommend checking with your local customs office before returning items to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
